For years I have kept my hair short... very short for some peoples' standards. I would usually only let it grow for a month at most past a #5 attachment on the clippers. I think the last time I really tried to grow it out was probably right before our last Christmas in Washington (5-6 years?) And Mom wouldn't let me play with my presents (which included an awesome 156 mb Rio MP3 player) until she cut it. I held out for about 6 hours I think. Well recently I tried it again, just to see if the result would be the same (A crazy tangled mess of hair... not mom coercing me

to cut it...). My last haircut was at the beginning of February. And for the first couple of months it of course did the same as before. And I hated it. But I stuck with it, and bought a Rockies hat to cover it up... except for Sundays, which always brought an adventure as I 'did' my hair in the morning. Something cool started happening a few weeks ago, though. It actually got a bit more manageable... and I even grew wings over my ears! It might sounds strange, but its what I've always wanted... Check out the pics, taken yesterday.

Well... Sadly enought, I got sick of it, and I didn't want to look like a hobo for Shane's wedding on Friday, so I had Mom cut it the day after she got here. It was sad, actually. And I kinda feel like a cancer patient now. But it looks good, I guess.
